Review from Yelp

I haven't had any work done there yet, but was very impressed with Dr. Sam and the staff during my free consultation there today. This doctor, answered in amazing detail and pictures, every single question I've had about my jaw/sinus/implant issues, that other surgeons/dentists up to this point hadn't been able to answer.

This place definitely feels state of the art. Will I proceed? Honestly, I don't know, but I still felt SO good about my visit that this place deserves a great review.

Review from Google

Everything from start to finish was easily the most pleasant and productive dental experience of my life.

Although my case was interrupted by a course of cancer surgeries and treatment I know that every aspect and step in the full mouth teeth replacement I opted to have done was completed as efficiently as was possible. No matter how long I'd been away I never felt as a stranger upon my return, in fact I will say honestly that beyond being professionally welcoming the staff at the Portland,OR had me feeling as though I had returned to be amongst family each time I was able to return..

The bottom line is this: It doesn't hurt and my new teeth look great!

I am 50yrs old and had the old metal band braces for 4 yrs when I was 11yrs old. Smoked cigarettes for most of my life. I have spent 10's of 1000's of dollars on bridges, root canals, crowns, etc. over the years. Within the last 5 yrs my teeth have literally broken off and rotted out of my mouth. I had 2 teeth, well 2 whole teeth left on top, and jagged pieces sticking out in various places and 8 on bottom left. My dentist gave me a quote of $43,000. to revamp my mouth with partials, bridges, and crowns, AGAIN. And the process would take 1 year to 18 months to complete. I asked him about the ClearChoice commercials I had seen and the " All in one day " teeth removal, implants, and leave with teeth the same day. He said, "No Way " is it possible in one day. Well, turns out, Yes It Is because I DID IT !! I am not going to say it's all been easy, I had complications after surgery and a great deal of pain. I knew going into procedure that pain management might be an issue as I am on medication that blocks opiate pain medications. Dr Bernstein and Dr Sam are phenomenal in their fields of expertise. Very pleased !!! Annie, you are amazing !!! Special lady !!! And the icing on the cake, Brandon, who skillfully crafted the most amazing teeth for me !!! Literally feels like I have my own natural teeth in, that's how fantastic of a job Brandon did on my teeth. It's incredible !!! And of course, the rest of the staff were just as warm, friendly and amazing too !! O'H and it only took 6 months and just a little more $ than my dentist quoted me. 1 year with this beautiful smile, PRICELESS !!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Teresa Hamel

Review from Yelp

They were excellent they consider you like family. They were professional and walk you through the entire process from beginning to end. When I came there I was desperate I had a severe case of periodontal disease due to diabetes and missing most of my teeth where they would literally shift in my mouth and I had the 2nd tooth in the front next to my big tooth on the left literally hanging on by a thread. They literally took me by the hand and explain every step from the surgery removing the teeth and left with transitional teeth and informed me the process can take up 9 months or more. I was perfectly fine with the process. I followed their instructions to the tee and never had any problems. The entire staff was excellent from the reception to all the dental assistants, to Jeffrey and Sam I couldn't have asked for a better group of people than at ClearChoice in Portland. From the first day of my transitional teeth to the permanent implants I had gentle caring, painless, well coordinated treatment and I have been smiling from ear to ear and I will truly miss them.

Review from Judy's Book

My visit from the start a year ago was amazing. The cancellation I had I felt at ease, My surgery was a lot, but They did a great job taking care of me. My favorite person was Dr. Sam, he was amazing and I love my look. All and all I had a great experience. I would recommend Dr. Sam.

Review from Judy's Book

Did a great job on my mouth, very friendly professional staff. They do exactly what they say they will do.

Review from Google

When I first began the process I had a lot of questions. Everything from how would my teeth feel/function/look to what kind of care and maintenance would be required. My situation was borderline in terms of saving my natural teeth or going with full upper/lower replacement. Dr. Sam took a lot of time and answered ALL my questions...at times playing devils advocate and trying to talk me out of it. In the end I decided that it was time to end the lifetime of problems I'd been dealing with so I went for a full upper and lower replacement.

The operation was flawless and I can't honestly say I remember any pain. It was certainly strange waking up without teeth in my mouth...maybe a tad disturbing to my tongue and senses while waiting for my temporary teeth. Couple hours later I had my temporary...they looked awesome and I went home. I felt like I could eat right away but I waited and followed the directions.

The healing process was painless and getting used to the new chompers was less of a problem than I anticipated. Waterpik is your friend and that's all I have to say about that:)

8 months later I have my permanent teeth and it was almost anticlimatic as my temporary worked so well. the biggest difference is a tighter fit and the ability to bite harder.

Dr Sam and the entire staff were so attentive, professional and friendly I have to give them a 5 star and I don't give 5 star ratings...ever!!

This experience was positive from the beginning to the end. My situation was a desperate one and from the minute I first went to clear choice they made me feel so comfortable and positive about the necessary treatment that I required. This process was worth every dollar we invested into it. Doctor Sam was wonderful and the staff were great. I am so very thankful to have these new teeth. They are working wonderfully and I know they will continue to serve me for the rest of my life. Thank you again Clear Choice! Robert Kinsey

Review from Judy's Book

The whole experience was easy...the results are totally satisfying...I felt well cared for through out the whole process...I would happily recommend their services to anyone who does not want to wear dentures...I feel good about myself as to how I look compared to before the procedure...thank you all so much for the new me.

Review from Yelp

I really do not like being at the dentist at all. I have been extremely uncomfortable my entire life and actually have ran from several dentist chairs over the years. I would like to say that Clear Choice in Portland on SW 68th was the best by far experience I have ever had. They were upfront with the cost and never charged me any extra even though I needed some repairs due to circumstances that were my fault. The doctor there had all the answers and was very personable. The nurses were also very polite and gave a positive feeling. I can not believe the guy who works in house and actually sets the teeth and designs the fit. My teeth are beautiful and I just can't say enough good things about them. I am very happy with the results and the only negative I can think of was they were out of the really good coffee one time. Seriously 5 stars.

Review from Yelp

First impressions are important and from the first call it was such a different feeling than with other dental calls. The lobby didn't feel like a dental office and the music was good soft rock with a Receptionist that was friendly and went over the paperwork for check in expediently and expertly.
Then I dealt with one person, Missy, for the entire time who explained the process, showed me around the office and showed me some interesting things.
The only time I saw anyone else was when the doctor came in and explained what his tentative game plan was.
The experience was awesome until I saw the sticker price but I was expecting it and honestly they did not pressure me at all to do one thing or the other.

I had horrible issues with my teeth my whole life. Painful, ugly teeth. This implant process takes time and patients , worth every single minute and every single dime. I love my smile. No more pain. Dr. B and Dr. Sam are the absolute best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loves and praise to Annie as well. Wonderful experience.

Review from Yelp

My experience with the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center was exceptional. I only needed my two upper front teeth done and they did not push me to purchase more services and that was important to me. My smile had been in bad shape most of my life with crooked teeth from childhood. As an adult an incident led to a compromise of the roots of my two upper front teeth. They gave me a smile I never thought I would have. They look just like my own teeth. Now I can't stop smiling. I guess there was a smile there all along.

Review from Google

I love being able to smile with confidence. Clear choice staff was wonderful. From the receptionist who always talked with you on the phone as if you were the only one that day! The nurse who made sure you were confident of your instructions before going home. To the dentists/doctors who explained everything before procedures. Thank you all.

Review from Yelp

Amazing place to fix your teeth, everybody are really friendly, they made me feel like at home.
The doctors are amazing, they did amazing job with my teeth, Dr. Jeffrey Burstein did all the surgeries and all successful, and Dr. Sameh El-Ebrashi made sure I was going to get a beautiful looking teeth. The nurses are also really nice. This place deserves 5 stars, hands down.

I'd been in a downward spiral of dental problems since I was a teen. My situation had gotten so dire that my wonderful dentist, whom I'd been seeing for over a decade, could no longer help me. He referred me to a Mayo-trained expert who took one look in my mouth and said my case was hopeless - that I'd lost so much bone, that I would not be a candidate for implants. I would lose my teeth one by one, and end up in dentures. (And I knew from watching more elderly family members go through that, that it would end up in more bone loss, and as a result, painful ill-fitting appliances...) I just couldn't bear the thought.I was only 49-years-old and had taken good care of my teeth, with cleanings every three months, for decades, and hours of self-care each week. But badly done orthodontics as a youth, in combination with genetic factors, resulted in early onset of periodontal disease, and my first gum graft surgery as a 19-year-old college student. I continued with these painful, expensive treatments to shore up and save my teeth with a various periodontists, and surgeons over decades to no avail. After that appointment with the Mayo-trained expert, I drove home in tears, and the tears continued for days. What was I going to do? I work with the public! How could I work with failing teeth? I was devastated. At my oldest daughter's urging, I began to research possible solutions. I found ClearChoice online and was thrilled they had a center within an hour of my home. They offered a free, and detailed evaluation of my mouth. They weren't just going to peer in like the Mayo-trained expert. They were going to actually study my mouth in detail and tell me what they could do. Where before I had no hope, I now had the slightest glimmer.I stepped through the doors of ClearChoice in fear, in pain, with that guarded glimmer of hope that my seemingly dismal dental situation could possibly be helped. After a detailed exam and high-tech imaging, I was told that indeed I had a dire situation. I had bone loss up to 80% in one jaw bone, and up to 60% in another. I was ready to cry again, but they stopped me. They told me they felt that I was a candidate for treatment, and that they could help me! My glimmer of hope expanded, and for the first time I felt optimistic there was a way for me to address my longstanding dental problems. The process began, and I found myself in the hands of a very professional, competent, and caring team of experts that guided me through every step. While I could be helped, my case ended up being one of the most difficult ones they had worked with. I feel deeply that the great outcome I have experienced is because I chose to work with a team that specializes in, and is on the cutting edge of dental implant technology. This is all they do, day in and day out. They are experts, and truly no one could likely have handled my situation with the tremendous success that they did. (Indeed my own dentist, had trained under my ClearChoice doctor in dental school!)I can't imagine putting my dental future in the hands of anyone without the training and specialization that the doctors and support team at ClearChoice offered me. Not only were they expert in the technical aspects of my treatment, but the caring and compassion extended to me as someone with stress and trauma issues around dental work was extraordinary. I felt genuinely, and truly cared for as a person, and every staff member patiently took time to help me feel comfortable in the process, no matter how long it took.

Genetically bad teeth. I lost my first molar to decay when I was 12. When I went to Clear Choice there were two teeth in my mouth that hadn't had a root canal and/or crown and those had begun to go bad.Clear Choice was extremely professional during the 'selling' part of the experience. I did not feel pressured. Then one morning I walked in their door at 6 am, and later that day I walked out with a full mouth of teeth.A word of caution to those who hear that it is cheaper to go to Mexico or elsewhere for this sort of procedure: I have had my teeth for about a year and a half, and though I love them, I have had to go in when small problems occured (post hole fillings coming out, a small pinch readjustment, etc). Each time the people at Clear Choice saw me that day or the following and made everything right. You can't do that unless you go local.

My experience has been great, very throurogh

Some folks say that we Nurses are the worst patients. We are more critical and careful about our Doctors. I went to Clear Choice at the recommendation of a dentist.
I had gone through years of missing teeth, and was fearful I would never have be able to proudly smile again.

I had gentle caring, painless, well coordinated ( on site!) treatment by the BEST OF THE BEST !!

Doctor Sam, and Dr. Burstein work together to make everything perfect. Cannot say enough.... they only problem I will have is my face will be hurting BECAUSE I CANNOT STOP SMILING! : )

PLEASE MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT TODAY! YOUR SMILE IS WORTH IT, AND THE RESULTS ARE PRICELESS !!!

I have lived with bad teeth for most my life. Although my problems initiated with a domestic violence situation, the subsequent years of being too ashamed to go try and get them fixed only made my teeth worse and worse over the years. I felt like a poster person for meth (oif you have ever seen the drug commercials where the drugg addicts had so many missing and rotted teeth...that was me...yet I never touched drugs! It was a life of shame and fear of judgment). The staff at Clear Choice has without any doubt...changed my life. I used to be afraid to go out in public but what was even worse than that is how much I hated the person I saw in the mirror. Clear Choice staff NEVER once judged me or the reasons in my past that brought me to the point I was at with my teeth. The staff treated me like that had known me for years the moment I walked in their doors. They have stood beside me in each and every way I needed from the initial consult to my final visit. It really was true.... new teeth in one day. But in my case, it was a new LIFE in one day because they changed my life forever! I highly recommend Clear Choice ...they are simply caring and magnificent people, each and every one of them.

Review from Yelp

Competitive prices, they educate you and tell you every option available. They don't corner you into a decision. Answer every questions and walk you through every thing. The staff is beyond friendly and go out of their way to make the patient and companion comfortable and relaxed.
