Reclaiming the Spotlight
Marty lost six teeth, a three-tooth bridge and a portion of her upper jaw in an accident.
Her injuries, the subsequent surgery and the long healing process had a significant impact on many aspects of her life.
“I wasn’t able to chew my food properly. It was very painful. My bruising and lacerations were very large. It was very difficult to meet people in public and try to overcome the embarrassment.”
Perhaps one of the most difficult changes for Marty was that she was no longer able to pursue one of her greatest joys: singing.
“I have an insatiable passion for singing. It’s been a part of my life since I was three years old,” she shared. “I did have to stop singing, and any music gigs that I had booked, I was not able to keep any of them.”
After attending appointments at several locations, Marty felt that ClearChoice was the right place to restore her smile.
After discussing her options with her clinical team, Marty had her damaged teeth removed and dental implants placed in her upper jaw, all in one day.
